These Terms govern your use of Alphzen Past Papers (the “Site”), a product of Alphzen. By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Content is provided to help students revise. It is not a substitute for school teaching, official syllabuses or examination board instructions. Always follow the current rules for your school or examination.

You may view and download papers for personal educational use. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes
• Scrape, crawl or harvest content in a way that harms the service
• Present our pages or branding as your own commercial product
• Attempt unauthorised access to admin areas, accounts or unpublished content
• Upload malware or interfere with Site operations
• Send spam or abusive messages through our contact channels

Website design, original writing and the Alphzen / Alphzen Past Papers brand belong to Alphzen. Examination papers remain the copyright of their original authors or issuing bodies where applicable. See our Copyright page for takedown requests.

The Site may display advertising served by Google AdSense and other third parties, and may link to external websites.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that every file is complete, official or free of scanning errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alphzen is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. We may update these Terms as the product grows. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
